With a PhD in neuroscience and over two decades of experience in biotech leadership, I’ve been where you are—navigating complex decisions, leading teams through change, and balancing the weight of leadership responsibilities. Today, as a leadership coach, I help biotech and HR leaders like you tackle these challenges with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

My coaching blends science-backed strategies with the real-world lessons I’ve learned as a biotech executive.
